Ye depend krta h ki apne kitna glucose consume kiya or uske baad kitna workout kiya . But yes You can use Glucose during your training Time and also before your Fight. Isse apko Instant Energy milegi or glucose present hone k vjh se muscle loss bhi km hoga .

Workout se pehle koi bhi time le sakte hai na ? Mtlb 2 ya 4 ghamte pehle apne carbs aur calories ko pura karne ke liye?
yes but only when you have no other option . there are many better options of carbs like banana , brown bread with peanut butter , potato with curd , Kiwi, apple , rice with curd . But if you have no other option then you can have 2 spoons of glucose with pink salt in it .

Can i add glucond in whey protein
You can add 5 to 10g glucose in Post workout protein that will creat a little insulin spike which will help in faster amino absorption by muscles after Workout .
