    Mai ek MMA fighter hu aur mujhe fights se pehle weight cut Krna hota hai...to mujhe paani jyada peena hota hai kya mai us time pr glucond pee skta hu ya usse mere wright cutting me effect paddega ?

      Ye depend krta h ki apne kitna glucose consume kiya or uske baad kitna workout kiya . But yes You can use Glucose during your training Time and also before your Fight. Isse apko Instant Energy milegi or glucose present hone k vjh se muscle loss bhi km hoga .
      But agr sirf Weight krna h or energy nhi chaiye utni toh fr jyda glucose use na kre qki jyda glucose Agr apki body use nhi kr paegi toh fr wo extra glucose apki body me fats k Form me bhi store ho skta h but apka workout session kaafi lamba h toh ap glucose bina kisi tension k use kr skte h qki apka goal muscle buil nhi h apko energy chaiye usse Toh ap use kr skte h daily 1 spoon workout se phle 700ml pani m

    Workout se pehle koi bhi time le sakte hai na ? Mtlb 2 ya 4 ghamte pehle apne carbs aur calories ko pura karne ke liye?

      yes but only when you have no other option . there are many better options of carbs like banana , brown bread with peanut butter , potato with curd , Kiwi, apple , rice with curd . But if you have no other option then you can have 2 spoons of glucose with pink salt in it .

      You can add 5 to 10g glucose in Post workout protein that will creat a little insulin spike which will help in faster amino absorption by muscles after Workout .
