Ferguson reflex occurs during Expulsion of foetus
It is a phenomenon where increase in pressure on cervix during foetal expulsion causes increase in release of oxytocin aiding myometrial contraction ands act like postive feedback.

Sir can dystocia due to ICD be managed therapeutically??? Can we have a video on this??

I am more of a surgery person rather than gynecological. ICD can be managed by drugs like Valethamate bromide or you can stimulate with fingers for dilation.
