it's all on the page that is in the description (including a high-res-version of the video). i used my sony f-717 digital camera and an intervalometer to take a pic every 2.5 minutes; total recording time: 3.5 days
oh man....that's so cool. if you look at it a certain way, at some points it looks like a mosh pit of a bunch of little green giants. all it's missing is crowd serfers.
i am intreged on how long it took you to film this i must say your cress is magnificent i have a passion for cress i love growing cooking eating experimenting with cress it is just the best and i love it sooooooooo muchh CRESS I LOVE YOU!
Cool video, very interesting. If you added some music to accompany it though it would be even better. I love the way the seedlings always lean towards the source of light.
@TurquoiseGirl26 there only turning towards the place emmiting light, like the sun or a lamp. its not like plants are gaining intelagence and im helping them :D
I don't think the relationship between dirt and a plant is considered symbiotic. But, the relationship between a Clownfish and an anemone is indeed a symbiotic one.
...And the plant's thoughts drifted. It, vaguely aware of the hyperexistant organisms instantaniously flashing past, wished it too, can think and move as fast as them. These creatures, sometimes -in-a-flash-, pulled his cousins out of the very life source. Stories were past that these teleporting creatures built huge machines that murdered millions faster than the sprout of a leaf! against these super-beings... what was there to do but grow toward the light?
ITS ALIVE!
"The sun... the sun..."
I love how the plants reach for the sunlight. Very cool.

It's good but it would be better with an artificial ultra violet light source instead of natural lighting.

nice video. may i ask what kind of camera you used for the time lapse, and how often did you take pictures?
Looks more like alfafa sprouts. But looks delicious anyway.

I thought that plants are dead yet they continue to grow because of magical powers from space creatures. But your explanation sounds good too.
I just noticed that they seek sunlight :3
