Hi and thanks for watching our video. Yes! You can use the U.S. dollar anywhere in Panamá. Their economy is based on the dollar so except for coins they use dollars. You can also use U.S. coins along with the Balboa. The one thing I will say is that sometimes it is harder to get change, so for sure only use $20 dollar bills or smaller.
