Sometimes, but not really anymore. I'm not opposed to going back and doing more playthroughs of it in the future though

I'm confused how is he getting 2 threads of fate to proc at the same time?

You can get a +3 projectile modifier on the spell for more tendrils, but, if you play Spellshot you can get two spells at the same time. The 2nd spell slot can be whatever you want. But you also see my using the other action skill for the Spellshot. If you hit a boss that cannot be turned into a sheep, it just activates your spell slot again - For two total uses
