I guess, I have bad luck. My S22 Ultra battery draining 😪 quicker than suppose to.
I running my display on standard 60Hz, in 20 minutes on my Gmail with little time less than 3 minutes RUclips, I lose 13% to 15% of my battery.

@myassin78 use wifi, lower your screen to full hd instead of QLED, put your battery saving on

With the s-pen you don't have to activate the option first, you can also create the shape and at the end keep the s-pen on the screen an it transform to a perfect shape
I always thought writing on the calendar was something I'd never need, but it came is REALLY handy the other day. I had to figure out which week over the summer that I should take a vacation. There are many days and weeks in the summer where I cannot be off of work. So with the pen I was able to mark up all the days that are a NO. Then it was really clear what block of days I could ask off of work.
Sometimes small things can make a big difference.

Ok so the S-pen unlock is either extremely convenient and/or it's a security hazard, does it require pin/fingerprint after it has been re-inserted? Because if it needs it, only the 'very' first time you set it up, and not subsequent removals then it's a security hazard, if it needs it the first time 'each session' (docking the pen will require pin/fingerprint/etc) then it's awesome.

I think that the original S - pen is designed to be used by a four fingered hand which has more smooth and streamlined fingers and which is smaller than a human hand. This is an amazing pen and its very good to have one.

You can change it by downloading a few apps from the galaxy store
You can actually change it with a GooLock module called Pentastic. You can do so much more with other modules, google GoodLock or NiceLock or FineLock if GoodLock is unavailable to you because it is region locked...
Btw, NHF but these videos are stating the obvious like ppl today are so tarded they don't know how to use search in their own phones.
All it takes is a bit exploring through the options, no knowledge needed.

Sak - you don't need to use SHAPE CORRECTION. Just hold the pen on screen when you complete your shape. Just learned this after 11 years of S-pen use... brilliant!

@@samurai4663 Funny. I discovered it the day I unboxed and migrated data to the S22U. It didn't work on any version of Samsung Notes prior to v4.3.11.x

Not 100% accurate. You can't hold down for certain shapes/designs, such as an arrow.

I have just got rid of my iPhone 14 pro and now have the Samsung s22 ultra, as I really wanted the burgundy colour, and OMG I am in love, this phone is insane! (And it’s not even their current newest phone out) you can do so much on it, I wish I switched sooner, I have been an iPhone user for years but wow this phone pulled me over and I am staying!

Great tips as usual. One thing though is that on my calender I don't have have a write icon, so I cant write new entries into my calender with my SPen. Is there something else that I need to activate/enable as well to be able to do this? Thks

The Note ⁹ has this feature without selecting the tool bar try it. If you have a note⁹ like I do, open your Samsung notes select any color with your S.Pen make a "straight" line but hold it on screen for extra few seconds and it will automatically convert to a straight line,
Draw a circle and hold it without retracting your S.pen on screen and it will automatically make a perfect circle.
S-pen is truly epic!
I have had a note 10 for 3 years and had no idea I could use the Sopen in this way. Thanks so much! I hate using the keyboardand often defer writing longreplies to messenger or email until I get to my computer.Now I will he much faster to respond.

Thank you so much for this video! I already own this phone and was able to extract the pen today. When I was younger I read books about UFO abductees who said that when they were taken on board what they presumed to be alien craft at that time, they saw beings which used pens exactly like this (I am not trying to spam the video and am not an ancient astronaut theorist). I remember seeing drawings in early UFO documentaries of some of these beings showing them how the pens work. These pens had the same colors and the same feel as the S - pen. I am not saying that despite they were considered to be extraterrestrial in origin at the time, that they came from space. But the stories are there. There are stories about pens like this which are hundreds of years old. What we need to start asking ourselves is where else on Earth than in the countries we know about currently pens like this are being made. When they were taken on board these craft, they saw the same technology as the one we now see in modern day supermarkets. Flat TVs, magical pens capable of drawing perfect shapes, computers with an intranet. I think this pen is reverse engineered technology.Liked and subbed.Kind regards from Ásgeir in Iceland.

@@ilyaasc63 Paranormal Scholar made a few documentaries describing peoples´encounters with these and there has been a lot of talk about them on the Ancient Aliens TV show and other shows too. You can read about magical pens in older works like the Harry Potter novels. If you read a few of the old fairy stories you notice that a whole lot of them use a magical pen to communicate with people. I have not extracted mine again yet but will do so and will set up the PIN and later find ways to use it to draw, etc. I´m in Iceland and my comments on these amazing pens are very clumsy.
pens like this have been around for a long time. They're inspired by the ones used with graphics tablets which are used in graphic design, animation and other digital art. I have one that's 15 years old... I need to upgrade

With the flow chart drawings you do have to turn it on you can just draw the object and once finished not lift the pen just hold it there for a moment at the end of the drawing and it also changes

Amazing video. My note 20 ultra has exactly same features. Only collapsing the popup air command menu I needed a good lock app called Pentastic, the app has other Options for Spen enhancements.
The S22 Ultra S-pen has a much lower latency of 2 ms compared to 9 ms for that of the Note 20 Ultra.
I went from the note 20 ultra to the s22 ultra, and other than what you mentioned, there's only one other physical difference that I've noticed (other than performance wise such as latency) but the note don't have the feature to write in the text feild....I'd honestly prefer not to have it on in my opinion lol, anyone know how to turn it off?

Feature 1, I didn't have to do anything. Just pulled the pen out and double tapped and it worked.

The S-Pen disappeared from my phone. I don't like that the S-Pen inserts into the bottom of the phone, if you don't get it perfectly clicked in, out it goes and you'll never know it fell out. It's tiny, black, and thin. Good luck finding it if you're outside. I would love it if the phone had a reminder to re-insert S-pen, or a momentary notice "S-pen is out". Now it's a $39.00 replacement. Not happy with that design aspect.

I totally love the new features. One day, I was able to make a big fat cross in my calendar and it reminded me what I had to do. And the other, my phone was locked, so I peeled out the plastic pen from the compartment that would otherwise be used for a bigger battery, and I clicked on it to unlock the phone. It was fantastic.

I had switched to the google keyboard since it uses the swipe function, but then learned the writing in search boxes doesn't work with that keyboard. Thankfully you can have both; you have to enable swipe on the samsung keyboard and its buried pretty deep but it does exist!

Do you have any videos on how to transfer my music from my PC Windows media player to my S22 Ultra when I transferred all files from my S10 the phone doesn't support what do I do?
I have never understood this fascination with using a pen or stylus on a phone. Why not simply type of the keyboard? A larger tablet might be ok for drawing but a phone is too tiny.
What are your thoughts on thr Nova Launcher app...I am using it but not sure if it does not allow me to use all the features of my 22 ultra.
I have a tip. When I am using my s-pen (especially in low light) it is hard to see the button, or which side it is on. I took a silver sharpie marked the button, and put some dashes on the button side along the pen.
How did you get that space walpaper ? Is it the wallpaper engine ?

And another S-Pen tip. I tried to use the S-Pen to take a picture when I had the camera at 100x and aimed at the moon on a tabletop small tripod. Could NOT find the little pen button in the dark while holding the tripod so the moon is centered. The difference between the pen's matte finish and the smooth button was just too small. So I tried to stipple the button with a soldering iron, but nope. I did get a little stippling on the pen barrel on either side of the button, which helped. Turns out that putting two small scratches / cuts in the barrel on both sides of the button (across the barrel) with an Exacto knife was the answer. Just enough tactile improvement to find that button every time but not so much that it would stick in the S22 pen holder barrel. MUCH easier to find that button now!!
Is the pen to text option not available with launchers like Nova launcher?
