Made a mess trying to push the water instead of filling it
The mud and water must be replaced by the fill dirt. The mud can not be covered up. It must be removed from where the warehouse building will be built. Yes, it will be a mess.
There are operators and there are people that want to be operators!

Why is that dozer operator pushing that muddy water around he should be covering it with the dirt. That water has to go some where and they will have a mess at the end just cover it up do not push the water.
This little bulldozer is just not big enough for this job. You need two sizes bigger with a big high blade on the front. This will give you enough power to push a bigger load and the speed to go faster if that is ok. This dozer is slipping badly with it's tracks full of mud and the small blade. Two trucks would keep this machine busy. A bigger machine would keep five trucks busy and get the job done a lot faster. The tracks need deeper cleats on it too for better grip in sticky dirt. The bigger dozer costs more but it makes up for that in speed and push. A Caterpillar D7 would do the trick and this job would be done already.
