Break the wall on the right in the room right before the sister’s fight 4. After defeating the chimera, go left 5. after defeating Yggdrasil, jump on the ground at the castle entrance a few times 6. Before the final adventurer fight, jump down into the gap (right before you land on the platform and encounter the adventurer) and dash right!
So not spoiling what happens but after you finish the mythology skull runs or if you wanna use the last one for it here's a list of things you should do for a little suprise (THIS NEEDS TO BE DONE ALL IN A SINGLE RUN) 1. At any shop stop feed the chonky cat and go to where it was sitting (you must reach the spot BEFORE it goes back to it) 2. At arachne's room after the first adventurer fight, stand under the hole on the roof and drop like a platform 3.After you beat Yggdrassil before entering the next stage jump on top of a slightly darker bit of the grass multiple times (it looks like it has a bit of a shadow) 4. Reach the hallway before the sisters fight and DO NOT enter, keep going to the right and smack the wall 5. After beating chimera and reaching Arachne again go to the left before entering the elevator 6. At the last adventurer fight jump down the hole that's between the fountain and the arena and dash into a hidden space If everything is done right you'll know and don't worry, if you do all the steps once you don't have to do them again in future runs

Not sure if anyone said so, but each Mythological skull has 4 items specifically for them, I think it's a common, rare, unique, & legendary. They also provide a good indication of what you want to build for those skulls.
Since the skull's name is Guan Yu the weapon he is using would be called a guandao or yanyuedao, with his final version being the Green Dragon Crescent blade.
The cool thing about unstoppable advancement is that you don’t have to “brandish” the “crescent blades” back to back. There’s a small window where you can still move or dash between uses
Beelz, evry new skull have 4 new item that are perferct for them, and all of them had mistery attach, and mistery work both for physical and magic dmg, it does what stat are highest
This video convinced me to do a Guan Yu run, and by GOD he goes hard. Can't believe I dismissed him when I first picked him up. Of course, Hercules was there to help, but still.
I just realized, there's a bar under the Character Info button that has slots for refined dark quarts. Also, it's a bit unfortunate that you don't get to go through the whole sequence with the Witches and the Ghost coming to your aid on repeated playthroughs. It's probably the right choice for variety, but it would be nice if you could re-trigger those sequences, if you feel like going through them again.
The enriched quartz is not per difficulty level, there is one in certain rooms: Before you enter the sister´s boss room go to the far right and break the walll. also after defeating chimera go to the left. I have no idea where the others are tho Edit: so Mr Bacanudo uploaded a video that explains everything about the enriched quartzs
Hoping I'm not typing this too soon since gotta go before I finish the vid, but from Unique the skull could do the big slash also after swapping, so its after normal, skill and swap (as it stated in the tool tip)
Dear Beelzy, Guan-Yu is currently bugged. The description says that Unrivaled Strike counts a basic attack. Unfortunately, it doesn't work eith basic attack items. It may scale with the darj ability that increases basic attack damage (I used it but I didn't do the math), but it definitely doesn't trigger effects like Arms or Mana Eater which also makes me think Kirion, Afterimage, the one Omen item and Thief's Armour won't work with it. I hope they fix it soon. You may have noticed it later in the run as well, but in order to mark someone as a general with his swap, you have to use the unrivaled strike. It works just like with normal abilities where you're able to use it right at the end of the swap's animation. Only when you do that, does an enemy get marked. Otherwise it's just one instance of damage and no other special effects. You skimmed over this part of his passive when you were upgrading him but the text did update at unique. It is a bit confusing though because with every abikity or swap it says "the next Unrivaled Strike" while in practice it's actually "the Unrivaled Strike performed at the end of this ability". Either way, this also applies to the swao and it's what marks an enemy as a general, not the swap itself Also, I know I'm in the minority here but I would absolutely love if you did a proper dedicated poison build. Talking, the syringe, the plague stone, the poison heart, fatal sword or any other items for poison. I promise it's a very very underrated status effect. It chunks people just as fast as bleed just not in one single burst but over time (and the time is still very short meaning it can potentially deal more damage than bleed) and the enhanced inscription you can get from the Witch at the end makes poison procs work as if you unplugged the enemies' life support all of a sudden, it's nuts. I don't know which skull would work best with this but even Guan-Yu would be a good idea for this

I don't think is a bug. Unrivaled strike being considered a basic means it deal basic attack damage but it dosen't mean it count as a basic attack "action'. It should be able of proking itens like bone of swiftness and mana gauntlet as their effects only care for the damage trigger not the action trigger. Is similar to the pikeman dash attacks that are also considered basics.a and basic attacks are also considered dash attacks, pike basics trigger the effect on mithril armor but not hunter boots. On the same logic pike dashes trigger bone of swiftness but not afterimage.
A little late, but since the text says the unrivaled attack counts as a normal attack, the dark ability that amplifies basic attack SHOULD work. The unrivaled would hit so much harder

It's on all the items of mythological skulls and it provides _both_ physical and magical boosts. What's about it is Thunderlord specific? Also, I understand it that the notice at the first video when you took the viking skull wasn't just about that first video, but about this one as well? Since you're missing items of your character throughout this run.
I assumed because at the time I only had access to the items unlocked by Viking. His legendary item was the first one I saw with Mystery and I had no other frame of comparison. Not sure what you mean with the second question about missing items.

That's exciiiiiiting. Some of Diff10 Hero's new stuff was crazy, I'm trying not to hold my breath, if he didn't get any new moves it would still be an incredible amount of effort, but... His weapon is called a "Guandao". It's not really like a bardiche at all, that's more of a long-handled axe. Guandaos are closer in design to the European glaive.

You've probably figured out a bunch, but all of the Enhanced Quartz can be obtained by any vanilla skull. You don't need any special skulls to get them. For people getting stuck, the game provides a bunch of hints, and remember all of your basic movement abilities! They are all important.
It seems like super saiyan Skul boi is either a 1 time thing or what happens if you bring little bone along till the end. Perhaps something worth testing out?

His weapon is called a "Guandao". It's not really like a bardiche at all, that's more of a long-handled axe. Guandaos are closer in design to the European glaive.

i believe there is a hiddin platform(like the cat thing) where you can drop down onto a mushroom that allows you to jump all the way up there.
Yep that is Guan Yu, I love the designs for the new skulls, they are definitely one of my new favorites and I can't wait for the next one
You've probably figured out a bunch, but all of the Enhanced Quartz can be obtained by any vanilla skull. You don't need any special skulls to get them.
For people getting stuck, the game provides a bunch of hints, and remember all of your basic movement abilities! They are all important.
Unrivaled strike also reduces cooldown for your othee skull btw

The difficulty of this game being "so much stuff on the screen I can't see where to go" is my biggest complain about. Great game, but THIS make it not so fun sometimes.
