Which Methylene Blue do you recommend? Thank you

A note from Dr Varden: Methylene Blue 1% - USP-Grade (I use Earth Harmony or Compass Laboratory brand, available on Amazon).
Methylene blue (MB) is an FDA approved drug (to treat methemoglobinemia) and is routinely used in hospital emergency rooms. It helps with oxygen carrying capacity of the red blood cells. It’s been used to prevent and treat malaria, is listed as a W.H.O. essential antidote, and is an effective antiviral. Hydroxychloroquine is derived from methylene blue and emerging evidence shows MB can rapidly inactivate the SARS-CoV2 virus. MB also helps improve energy metabolism and has been found to be neuroprotective.
Not recommended for pregnant women or people on stimulant medications. Please check with your doctor for drug interactions/contraindications.
Dosage: 10-20 drops in liquid once to twice a day
NOTE: Must be pharmaceutical grade (USP-Grade); Does not taste good, recommend add to a juice or liquid to mask taste; Will make urine blue green.
As for any changes in supplements or lifestyle, we recommend looking at further scientifically reviewed relevant articles on PubMed and speak to your primary care provider before making adjustments.

It would be good to mention the negative effects of deuterium and processed foods. Have you investigated the structured water that is produced by the mitochondria? It isn't just about creating atp and electrons.
