I have used the number "7000" for Astagfirullah just to motivate you all so that you do Astagfirullah as much as you can.
You can say Less than 7000 times or more than 7000 times according to your own energy.
I have not mentioned anywhere in the video that these 7000 figures come from a Hadith.
The only Hadith I have used in the video is this authentic Hadith:
Abu Huraira reported: The Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him, said,
“By Allah, I seek forgiveness from Allah, and I repent to Him more than seventy times in a day.”
Source: Ṣaḥīḥ al-Bukhārī 6307
Grade: Sahih (authentic) according to Al-Bukhari

No you should actually say it with your mouth. Lip service is really important.
Stop misleading people - Fear Allah! There is NO EVIDENCE in the hadith or sunnah of saying it 7000 times. This is a biddah! Yes, we should say it as much as possible, but NOWHERE in the sunnah did the Prophet SAW say ANY dhikr this many times or legislate it
I haven't mentioned anywhere that saying 7000 times Astagfirullah is mentioned in any hadith. I have mentioned that the number is not magical. But if you repeat saying Astagfirullah maximum times let's say 7000 times, surely Allah will be happy with you.
Kindly listen to the whole video keenly first.
Also 7000 times is not a fixed amount, you can say more or less than this. This number is just used to motivate people to say Astagfirullah as many times as they can.
