I have zero interest in buy a home in NJ. I’m only passing thru NJ as a traveler but am interested in learning about the market as I am a real estate investor.
I just want to call out, the content you put out is 1000% more informative, interesting than any real estate content that’s out there. It has a bit of everything: history, regulations, financial planning. Keep doing this.
