He broke the game. Basketball is his sandbox to do absolutely as he pleases until he quits playing or gets seriously/chronically injured. Imagine being given the gifts to go be the best at what you do at a level that simply renders previous efforts irrelevant... and then imagine having the drive, discipline and intelligence to go out and take it for your own. Wemby is the finest art the NBA has ever seen already, and this isn't even scratching the surface. Every fan of basketball is in for a ride that nobody ever imagined could be possible.

Honestly first found out about wemby years ago when he was 16 on overtime for smoking gobert in a 1v1 I started keeping track of him playing overseas a bit and knew he had potential to be something good in the nba and fast forward 4 years later and not only did he shatter my expectations overseas his mvp year but his rookie season too? Yeah I truly believe we have another Kareem, lebron, or Duncan and lowkey Jordan type of generational talent leveled player on our hands again nd im here for it and all the wemby glazing years out

He is thin, with a great flexibility, he's so long that when he lands, the distance of his feet and court pretty short, so there is less impact on his body(I'm not a sports physician), he grew up with modern science, and his team and his parents set him up with the best training to reduce his chance of injuries, let his body grow naturally, unlike Yao Ming who pretty much already grinded to a paste with excessive training and national team duty, and his gait, for what it's worth is normal, meaning there are no unusual stress on his joints, I don't know what will happen to wembanyama, but from at the very least from amateur perspective, he set up to have a long and healthy career, hopefully he don't got a freak injuries (knock on wood)

I don't care, watching him play gives me anxiety. I just don't think his legs/feet are gonna hold up...but if he gives you 10 great years, he could easily give you 3-5 titles. He is officially THE 2k myplayer center in real life. He's going to be spectacular to watch.
That is my fear as well, but I've seen some vids of his flexibility and strength training, and it's pretty incredible for someone who is that tall and lean. Coupled with this era of lesser physical contact in general, it seems more likely he can stay healthy barring a freak injury.
