    Thank you. I do mine the way jin yun ting talks about it. It varies on how high i want my chin. I match my elbows to my knees and bend them accordingly either elongating or closing my stance bassd on how bent i havey elbows

    Student is very stiff, his front elbow locked, bottom sticking out, arms move on their own -- in a word, a brilliant technique.

      not that stiff. Actually, I asked him to do so in order to focus on a strengthened posture. People will make mistakes when the the structure become solid, which is a good chance for a teacher to work on.
