I personally really like traditional Bulgarian cuisine.
I like its tastes, aromas and combination of products.
It's the food I was raised on, after all.
Among my favorite dishes are the everyone's favorite country bean soup, pepper burek and chicken soup.
Some of them are often present in our menu, while others are rarely seen.
Today I present to you precisely "Meatball Stew".
The required products are:
600 g Minced Pork
150 g. Rice
200 g. Tomato puree
80 ml. Oil
3 tbsp. Paprika
3 tbsp. Mixed Vegetables
1 piece. Onion
Salt/Pepper to taste
About the Building:
5 tbsp. Flour
200 ml. Water
