(1020hz) Federal Signal Modulator 5020 siren test, alert - Moore, Oklahoma 10/26/19

Recorded this on 10/26/19(I'm aware the video says 9/26/19, that was a mistake), the last test before the Modulators got the ThunderMod tone.
Well, this one is set to high tone, not much else to say. MCP controls.
