I do personally believe she did murder her husband, but if I were one of the jurors, I don't think I'd be able to find her guilty (beyond reasonable doubt). It's a lot easier to sit here watching this case and trial unfold and give my opinion than being one of twelve people who has to be convinced beyond reasonable doubt. My opinion from where I sit doesn't impact the rest of her life. Lol
Since the defense is entering in her writing about murder as part of her defense then EVERYTHING she wrote shoild be fair game for the prosecution. It all should be allowed as evidence or it shouldn't be used in her defense!

They aren't going to let the article into the trial but she's taking the stand so can't the prosecutor just straight up ask her if she's ever written anything about killing your husband? She'd have to tell the truth! I hope they still bring it up

In searches..I would like to say I saw an ad for a ghost gun not too long ago. It was an ad that randomly appeared. Not knowing what a ghost gun was I looked it up. I know what you mean! but it's not just that is it?..it's the cumulative effect of lots of things taken together that makes this case compelling
