- I was so nervous about meeting an Emu completely blind 😱
Thanks for inviting me Birdworld
Forest description:
Forest is a bit of an odd looking bird. He’s huge, almost as high as my waist, he has massive eyes that are red in colour on the side of his head. He sort of resembles an Ostrich’s ugly cousin. He has a long neck which is black and his body is a dark grey brown colour. He has long, gangly legs. Towards the end of the video when I say ‘it’s a cane’ Forest tries to bite the plastic that hangs on the string of my cane. However, he has rubbish aim and fails to bite it repeatedly.

Do you think he was cute?

Wow she’s really dissing that emu lol
That's a big chicken.
🤣 yeah it is
Aww such a sweet emu Forest!
I used to fear people that were different from me… every time I watch your videos I become more and more comfortable with people who are different… you are so amazing for sharing
Wow that bird sure is amazing.
Fair play to Lucy
Greetings from Ireland 🇮🇪
What a sweetheart
Emus are so curious and territorial. One channel i watch, they were moving all the animals to the new farm and their emu got stressed that it couldn't find their animal friends,so they jumped out of the fence at the old farm and had to get found by its humans so they could take the emu to it's friends. The emu also has to inspect new things at it's farm/paddock.
😊
As a blind person it was incredibly disappointing that yet again the blind girl advocating for more accessibility for the VI community didnt bother to audio describe or have someone audio describe the silent parts of this video very disappointing and somewhat hypocritical you advocate for accessibility that you do not provide in your own videos it’s a real shame
Sorry about that! I had a put an audio description in the description box but I have now pinned a comment too for easier access and will do from now on
