I believe Drake thinks and feels Kendrick is beneath him. He's had that feeling since the Control verse. Drake camp talked him into believing he is better than Kendrick and Drake learned a hard lesson. Drake is in crisis right now, he thought he was bigger than hiphop and he learned he is not.

I think “They Not Like Us” is a positive mentality and encouragement type of staple on the heads of many that are discouraged and feel like they have no where to go. I know it’s deep but the whole beef made me look at Kendrick with even more admiration because he showed how David slayed Goliath(industry included). What obstacles can’t I get out of the way? “Dear God, my Confession is Yours”….
Because of this beef and because Kendrick just took a breath and went full Equalizer on Drake and Drake's star power, it helped me make a very definitive, crucial personal decision for my life. I told my therapist I needed to see this battle/movie go through its full 3-Acts with a denouement.
