I had a 63 Chevy Impala kind of a beater but it ran great and had a two speed slip and slide powerglide ….. a two speed automatic transmission. 😲It got 18 mpg . I know because the fuel guage was broke .and I had to keep score …Yeah those were the days my friend … We thought they’d never end …insert big smile

It's OK he got the death penalty. But.......most of the killers in Dragnet would plea to 2nd degree murder and get 5 to life which meant they would be eligible for parole in 5 years. There was even a cop killer who got the 5 to life sentence on a previous episode.
