I often use a plastic tub in the sink when doing dishes. The plastic tub holds the soapy water and then you can rinse right next to it. Just makes it easier to do dishes. Your kitchen is very neat and very clean ! Love it that you take such good care of everything. It makes life much easier (especially to find things) and reduces the anxiety of seeing clutter and mess. You are both a great example of good campers. So commendable that you even clean up the camp spots you stay in. If only everyone would have that same respect

MYTH: Metal utensils should not be used with cast iron. False! Cast iron is super strong. If you maintain nicely seasoned cast iron pans, you can use any style utensil with cast iron. Even if you destroy your seasoning layer, you’re likely gonna need a metal utensil to prepare your pan for reseasoning. Instead, metal utensils should not be used in the old non-stick cookware that can be damaged and start peeling when scratched with metal utensils. You have a perfect kitchen setup. Im amazed by how much storage you have! I have a 20ft travel trailer and I feel like your storage is much better configured than mine. Uugh. I continue to find ways of modifying thing to improve it.

@@RICO-BugkillerFPV Me also. I’ve always used metal, just like my grandmother and mother before me. My niece tried plastic and it was a huge mess. Saved the pan, tho. You can’t kill a good cast iron skillet.😀

@@roadtriplover. i go to an auction house often up in Bennington Vermont. He is always selling vintage cast iron pans. I'm pretty sure he just sold one with a spider on the bottom for for thousand dollars.
