Hero Dirt out at Skyline Wilderness Park in my hometown of Napa Ca. This place has a bit of everything from chunky rocks to high speed flowy single track!
So much diversity in the terrain we have here in Napa Valley.. one of the main reasons why our Grapes can grow and produce so much diversity & character is from all the variations of soil conditions. With over 200 different soil types we can make some amazing wines.. but in my opinion even cooler trails!
Skyline Wilderness Park has been around for a long time as an outdoor trail system for locals and tourists to enjoy, but this is the first time I’ve ever seen forward progress for MTB, with Manzanita Trail’s newest berm work in the last section of trail before the disc golf course. HUGE thanks to the people helping to make more MTB specific trails and I’m even more excited to see what the future has in store for such a fun park to ride bikes!

@@bike_somm there are some steep fire roads, but you don’t think about it, it’s easy to go on a 15 mile ride with 4,000 vertical
Nice try on chaparral, I’ve seen Peter Brown do that although he took the Highline and Track stopped with bunny hops to turn the 180 empowered out of it. You should’ve shown the next switch back, unless you didn’t make it.That’s the one I can make although I’m sure not now.
Lol.. my gopro kept dying all day so I only got about 15 clips and at best 30-45seconds per clip.. I dont try and cut things out of my video to look cooler

Thank you! Technically on the Bay Area Ridge Trail yes.. but it’s not something I’ve ever done & I’m sure it would be a looooong ride 😝 Maybe in the future we will have more trails and parks that are connected 🤞🏻
