If you ar missing Africa all the time, then why r u still in America?
@@FinancialHealth-ku1ry I have a family . Am married to an amazing American guy !!!! He has good job here and I have a good job here too . We plan on visiting Africa every year so I don’t feel home sick and we are invested in Africa’s economy!

Because he feels like.its necessary ok
No one wants to miss home, Except for when the Person really has to,
So Stop being judgemental and Show Some humanity and Compassion to your Brother or Sister, If you're not walking in Someone's Shoes, you don't have the right to lecture them
For the first time your video made me tear up. Very emotional.
Am Ghanaian born but I feel the pain of my African American brothers and sisters for what our ancestors went through. Our people are now accepting their identities as people of African descent.
Africans are now learning about their brothers and sisters who were taken away so many years ago.
Welcome back home to your motherland.
Grettings from Angola
New sub 🇦🇴📍🌍🤲🏾
Our weapon is our unity as African children at home and abroad .✊🏾
Welcome!!! Can’t wait to get there. I was in Salvador Brazil and met the President of the Angolan society.
It hurt me to see how African american cry when they come to Afrika !! WE LOVE YOU GUYS 🥰😍 y‘all welcome
It’s so great to see our stolen children coming back home after 100s of years!
Lol
This is a testament to the brave survivors and victims of slavery. That they survived the kidnap, the imprisonment, the journey across the oceans, the violence, the humiliation and so much more. They survived all that and raised a people in a foreign land. And for their descendants to come back and pay homage to them...oh Glory.
Stolen, nope given away.
@@you_only_have_4000_weeks raided and stolen from their parents, their tribes and their kingdoms by those who gave them away. Please read about the resistance against the slave trade fought by many african tribes and kings/queens
This very beautiful.....we as Africans will never understand the pain of our African Americans brothers and sisters but today I can feel everything we have to love them with all ower hearts
They didn't ask to be where they are today, they where stolen form Africa ,so we have to love them and welcome them back home.from.🇿🇦
This is something more africans are yet to start acknowledging.not tht they don't care but need to educate themselves on african american history .I have been attached ever since I learned some things for myself.its terrible what they have went through all these years and still do even now.i know we have our own issues but...😢
All of you are welcome to mother Ghana 🇬🇭❤ stay blessed 🙌🙏
Jay you need to be supported by ghana government because you are doing great job than never before thank you very much
Thank you!
Very true
Wish someone do recommendations to the presidency
Thi is the first time am feeling very emotional watching this ,especially when our brothers and sisters were in the river . Very touching. 👌👌❤

God bless you J, god bless our home land Ghana 🇬🇭 Africa as a whole, the land of milky and honey, our brothers and sisters in diaspora come home to the mother land, you welcome. 🙏🏽
Thank U Jay, Ghana man watching from Australia..... Looking forward to moving back home. Miss Ghana - Missing Africa
AKWAABA. Come home. No matter what !!!
All I can say this vid has been educational, inspiring and emotional
Africa to the world# blessings from Jamaica 🇯🇲
Very touching brother. Keep it up. As a Nigerian, every time I watch these I see it through the eyes of my AFAM brothers and sisters
Not gonna lie, as an African-American woman, I teared up when the woman wiped the tears of the AA woman during the naming ceremony.
The woman and her two daughters look like my family. I am a Ghanaian living in the States I am so happy that history is becoming reality.
Come to #GHANA 🇬🇭 🇬🇭 🇬🇭 to #REVIVE AND RENEW YOUR SPIRIT AND SOUL. ✊🏿
Wow Jay, your best video so far since you started this Ghana journey. The part that gave me tears was when the old lady was wiping the tears of the sister in the naming ceremony. I made me happy and sad at the same time. Ghanaians Know how to welcome the diasporans. OVER ALL BEST VIDEO SO FAR.
We Are Missing Home.
May God Have Mercy On Us.
I That One We Will Return Generation By Generation AMEN.
14:25 Am I the only one who shed tears? 😢
Remembering like it was yesterday! What an amazing experience!
You' re making an impact, big brother. I really appreciate the work you're doing. May the ancestors bless you!
The one touching the folding plants for me am actually from Uganda and we call that plant " webumbe" it is a medicine that puts back the uterus together love you all much love Mama Africa
As a black American woman I'm shocked to hear that Ghana is the number 2 producer of cocoa in the world. If this is really true that means nobody in Ghana should be poor. Chocolate is a multi billion dollar industry 💰.
I cry when I follow you and the brothers and sisters!
Welcome home brothers and sisters. Welcome home to the motherland.
This is absolutely great. The entire African Diaspora gat to see this beauty of Africa
For all the black Americans who used to feel ashamed to be linked to Africa...come one man... African is the present, be proud to be called "African American".
Y'all Are KINGS AND QUEENS not African American !
We most heal our selves it won't happen overnight but this is a great START God bless you Jay.
Jay, you finally got me crying. You’re really bridging the gap. This is how I have always known our Ghanaian people. We love our people and so I was utterly mortified to see, first hand, the hatred Africans get in America by their own black people, because somebody told somebody, Africans hate African Americans. That’s is one of the BIGGEST LIES ever told. All that the lie did was it succeeded in creating enmity among the same people. But I am glad, people like you, Jay, are refuting the lies. Excellent video. You are on a winning streak. Good job 👏
Wow....

Ooh Jay, the way u scored that silent river walk at Assin Manso, damn bro! U are good. The shot of their bare feet, (which I know, u guys and your tender obroni feet are not used to, haha). U did really good bro, lump in my throat! Jay, u have no idea what u are doing! Thank you much! Bring our brothers and sisters home!
The obroni feet 🦶 lol
@@jaycameronofficial yeah! Knew u would love that. Had to insert that. Bro, I watch u! Lol.
Our forefathers will be very proud to see their children coming back to Africa

Yessssss! This is what we have been TALKING about. As an haïtian. Spirituality does exist especially when you are African descends, children of slaves.
Le Creator one day will make go, one day, to the Mother Land get my part of African spirituality.
I can hear the birds singing at the river side welcoming you home, it is a spiritual laberation!! We love you 💖💖👏 and welcome home family.
We thank you for taking ghana to the world
This was precious!

The best video ever. The you brother 🇬🇭✊🏿🇬🇭
Jay for the first time my eyes filled with water watching the grave yard seriously keep them coming
The trip to Assin Foso Slave River was very moving and emotional.
These videos keep getting better and better, Jay. Props to you and your editing team. But this is what I want to say: this is our hajj! I'm pretty sure the deepest thinker could not even know until they get to the soil and air over there how much the pilgrimage is NEEDED by the soul. It's like a circle closing. On some level, it is needed, and it's more than a nice vacation or a nice thing to do. This is a major step in our healing and I think everybody should do it. There are a lot of unhealthy cycles that we will continue to go through as members of the diaspora until the circle closes through an experience like this. So much more can be said. I'm looking to do this as well sometime in 22.
It made me very emotional
Jay you are really doing a great job.. really felt it when the amazing grace tune started playing. For the fact that, the original composer John Newton was once a captain of a slave ship until he changed and fought for abolishment of the slave trade in Britain. The melody of the song sounds like a sorrow chant and one place he could have had that encounter was on the slave ship. In fact, you can actually play the melody of amazing grace, by just playing the black notes on the piano and it's fascinating. It's very deep bro.
We are so proud of you guys
You are great for showing this brother. It's touching.
This is my dream to come back home. To be African American and no nothing about my true roots is depressing.
Just come when you ready .. you always welcome to Ghana africa
Camernroon, you do a great work. God bless you . Welldone
Totally amazing content! This brought me to tears! Absolutely powerful!!!
All praises to the most high God for protecting our Kings and Queens 👑 from Babylon 🙏🏿
You are a GOD send brother, Akebullan is rapidly rising #B1
MOTHERLAND IS UR HOME ...UR ALL WELCOME TO GHANA
We are not from Africa . We are the original American Aboriginals. The slave trade history is a hoax .
Sorry , i am just trolling .
Welcome home brothers and sisters. No continental African is more African than any of you.
We are happy to see you . Peace
😂😂😂😂 You know it’s coming. I got something coming for that crowd too. ✊🏾✊🏾
@@jaycameronofficial I wish the best in Africa. People like you give us (continental Africans) that spirit and fire to love protect and build Africa. Your energy is very positive keep up bro
Please come to East Africa too. Experience Safari in Kenya and Tanzania. Totally different. Welcome hime.home. Also experience the best beaches in the world in 🇰🇪
Was just in Kenya 🇰🇪 and Tanzania 🇹🇿 Have trips planned for 2022
Really enjoyed watching their experience in Ghana 🇬🇭. Is that a cartoon or book?
I don't why I'm crying
I feel the pain the had to pass through
They are very happy in coming to GHANA
Aaww Jay, now I understand why that shot of u on the beach, made Miss Wanda want to go to Ghana. Just a shot of a man on a beach? Well, that shot was not JUST a shot! So so beautiful and did a lot...I cant stop starting the roll and watching the way u were standing there, I just kept imagining what was going on in ur head! "What happens when u think no one's watch!" That shot seriously brought tears to my eyes! I'm a very proud Ghanaian Ga tribe, born in the suburb called LA, and only about 15 minutes walk from the beach. Also grown up at Osu suburbs, and about 15 minutes walk from the beach...I say all this to say, bro, u made me see the sea and the beach, with different set of eyes today! Thanks. The magnificence of that water, the spiritual depth of it's very existence. My church sits right on the water, we went to church every Sunday, and just walked on home. Even sitting in service, the windows wide open and just staring at the water, but never thought anything of it, like everyone does, when they've always had s ok mething as part of their lives, no big deal! Thanks my very smart knucklehead brother. Much luv Jay!:God continue to guide and help u, do what u do so well! I'm glad u found this niche of yours. Suits u so well!
Jay you doing a good job!!! Nice videos . We will come to the motherland early next year .
Thank you for sharing this amazing journey. It brought tears to my eyes. Loved this video.
Great video jay 👍🏾
At Assin Manso, one could literally feel the emotions and spirituality even through the screens of our phones. And they danced to that "Adowa" do well.
Best experience video put together. 👌
The kids book series Derren & Destiny is such a great idea 👏👏👏
Very touching indeed the visiting the river and the naming ceremony
wilcome home africa is home togethe we are one
Nice, there is both a psychological and spiritual dimension to this and the only issue to the one of African ancestry to me is the “mental trauma” brought on by the “adventurous Europeans” the physical chains are gone but the mental chains still ravages the soul and as Bob Marley said “Emancipate yourselves from mental slavery, none but ourselves can free our mind” each one must make a conscious and deliberate choice to first understand the workings of the mind and how this plays out in our time and then stand true to their “I”dentity and this type of activities begins that journey to true freedom of the Soul that no man born of a woman can hinder.
Keep doing well brother we need the family back home God bless 🙌🙏❤
She said she was happy she made the trip she said you were at the beach and she said they would come God had used you weldone

14:56 tell me she don't like exactly like that Ghanaian mummy... could be her mom/older sister! centuries apart, still one.
She may have royal blood in her so she connected instantly with the queen mother.
