Thank you for putting all of your love and care into these wonderful companions. Hopefully Hank will get adopted soon by someone who will love him as their forever friend❤❤.
Please match him with a confident leader, because he's a bit nervous he will need to have confidence in his owner as a strong confident pack leader, without this he will soon start dragging his owner around on walks and his nervousness will eventually turn to aggression, yes this is how it starts. Good luck from England.
People in this country, and maybe yours too, are all about affection affection, affection, thinking that is all a dog needs. Discipline plays a large part. People get dogs like this and bring them home (feeling sorry for them) and say---here, this is all yours, and some dogs will take over. Dogs need discipline and they need boundaries. Our (USA) shelters are overflowing with dogs (and cats), and mostly with pit and pit mixes--this dog has pit in it, say what you want. One of our local TV stations features dogs and cats for adoption and they won't even say pit bull---it is always a "terrier mix", I hope this shelter has a policy of spaying/neutering their dog/cats before releasing them. It is a sad situation, and I don't think it will ever change.

All dog shelters should be talking to dog owners about not breeding any moredogs as over population of dogs has become a nation problem
What needs to be done is stop over population of dogs ..
