I love Tennesee Alabama Fireworks! We would always make a trip from Indiana to TAF to buy our fireworks. Havn't been there in a few years, thanks for the video!
I love that you have been doing this for quite some time now and aren't afraid to ask questions. A Pyro City store might look like this, or vice versa, because the products are coming from Winco distribution. They make it as easy as possible to basically franchise a Black Cat store. Prices are typically higher in these types of stores. I only know this because the one in MO didn't take me seriously when I said I wanted to buy ~$500 in cases for personal use; their loss as I went elsewhere and bought variety for less instead that year. Providing a store with multiple revenue streams helps a niche seasonal market business stay open. Alternately and more likely, the fireworks are just a boost in sales to the main store. Without you knowing it, you prove this point when you mentioned the stores that we're closed for the season at the end of the video. That also has to do with the type of business licensing and selling laws. There are both seasonal and year round permits for the sale of fireworks apart from the stores other sales permits. I am totally rambling but it is pronounced Zee-nith not Zen-ith. It's a pretty awesome name for a fireworks company because that is where you want your fireworks to burst; at the highest point is the zenith of it's flight path.
Cody, it is pronuced like the old television company. Also, I live in South Carolina. Many stores here are setup that way. I think they do that to balance their cash flow through the year. I remember stopping with my dad 30 years ago at places setup like that. When we lived in PA, and would vacation in Myrtle Beach. My dad would make an excuse that we needed gas so he can grab some fireworks as well.
Cool little place, seems like theres a ton of those places down there! Hey, you mentioned you wanted more single color and single effect repeaters, you should check out Full Blown Fireworks, its literally all they do!
So I guess now that you've gone to every fw store above the mason dixon now you're hopping across to find even more bang. you're lucky as hell that you can take all these trips and have money to spend at ea store. I'm so jealous cuz even if my hooptie could handle all that mileage I'd be broke from the gas alone and it would just be window shopping for me, LOL. So for now I live thru you, keep up the great vids and since I'm in WI hopefully its in the card to get to either SD or MO one of these days. Maybe you could make it up here and find some of the hidden gems we have here in cheesehead country...then tell me where they are ;)
I love Wisconsin and in fact that’s where I used to buy all my fireworks before my RUclips days, will definitely be going back soon and would love to meet up!
That would be really cool(maybe you could bring some extra noise, lol) But I recently heard about star spangled novelties, a wholesaler that actually turned out to be here in WI and has prices that are significantly lower than wfboom and overstock central. I plan to place some type of order with them for sure next year and I'd love to order from red apple but they charge $300 for shipping which is more than double what places like overstock charge who even offers free with only a $400 order where as red apple offers $150 with a $750+ order, smh. But I did find a place about an hour from me that carries every one of those great grizz premium ball kits cuz ever since your vid I GOTTA get those willows and color changers(not big on the fish) I actually thought the fish was just a dud firework the first time I saw one, lol. but I'm gonna leave my email in your discussion section if you would hit me up so we can discuss other boom related topics like the Universal love of Clowns with big johnsons, LOL ;)
I visit this place once a year. Have to go to Kimball every November for some work related training (at least this looks like the Kimball location, they have 3 or 4 stores). There is literally nothing interesting in Kimball other than this store. If you are still in that general area I can put you onto a few better stores to visit.
CodyBPyrotechnics too bad black cat didn't bring over the thunder Kat cake this year. I was so excited for it I went to the closest black cat retailer near me (3 hours away) and figured out that they didn't make the cut.

Another great store tour. Thanks for posting Cody.
Also, it’s pronounced ZEEE-NITH like the old school television sets.
I always have passed by this place go back and forth between Nashville and Atlanta always wondered what it looked like on the inside
I think this is the store in the movie "Dutch" with Ed O'Neil.
If you ever travel that way again go up the road about 3 miles to killians fireworks. You won't be disappointed.
ZEEEENEATH, QUALITY old school manufacturing company that is still in Operation. Importer of the Gold medal Peacock rocket assortment pack. 👍
