One of my favorite chokes, without question! Great tutorial over this. Thanks for sharing!
It's fantastic for when you need a quick nap. 👌💯
I really like how you show the submission and then show a common counter to it, then go a step further and show a counter to the counter. Gives you options to think about right off the bat.
man, we got these high skool wrestler's at our gym, and let me tell ya, they are a handfull when it come to rolling! I set this one up perfectly on a student, he's 5'11 200 lbs, I'm 5'7 160...he was not expecting it! worked like charm! thanks coach. little punks gotta learn some respect! haha!
Thanks! Very clear instructions.
Nice - thanks :-)
You should just start naming your videos " counters to everything Kia likes to attack with. " haha. Seriously great details in here and the last one I haven't seen or applied yet, but as you were setting it up I visualized the last counter exactly as you taught it. It's very intuitive, and going to be my new plan b. Thanks coach!
Ha ha! You got it, buddy 🤙🤙
Awesome job.
Beautiful demo!
Thanks, my man. 🤙
great technique, great instructions! Thank you !
Happy to help, my man! 🤙
I realize I'm late to the party but Im having trouble executing the "counter to the counter". His right arm is glued to my hip making it near impossible to "walk" around and create the needed space to roll over not to mention make him lose his base and get on top. Any ideas on how to fix this?
Great video. Any chance of a video showing passes from full guard on top? It’s somewhere I always get stuck
Yes, absolutely! I'll add it the the list.
