I don't have Megalophobia but I have Batophobia; fear of large/tall manmade structures. For me it's about the fear of its structural stability failing, so I don't really get scared unless the POV is close. Still, similar hat, so I feel ya.
The image of the giant rock by the city at 5:29 is actually a comparison with a real comet, comet 67P. That picture terrifies me more knowing that shits real 😭

It’s large structures/ things underwater and being on massive structures up high and super close. I’ve had dreams of these my whole life and I swear I damn near piss myself by the time I wake up.
I have megalophobia and honestly I FEEL YOU like, the main thing that gets me with the photos is when a person is right next to it and you can really see how big the object is 😭😭
That castle in the 1st minute is the most unsettling one because it's so... Eerie and screams bad news. Imagine being on the road and your car breaks down and you look over and see that ?
@@horrismusic928 I'm happy to be in Southern part of the U.S . I'd rather be in the swamp gutters of Mississippi somewhere alone at night as a black man then be anywhere near that creepy castle

Hey i can scare you even more. Our sun is very big it takes 10 seconds for light to pass trough it. That however is nothing compared to the largest star in the universe stephenson b 18. It takes 3 hours for light to pass through it which is nothing compared to the largest black hole Ton 618 which takes 2 weeks for light to pass through it.
1:53 absolutely not im done everything about that image- my megalophobia said *absolutely not* 2:36 I've seen this in so many of your other videos and like..why does it exist. why? it doesn't need to its *TOO BIG*
1:20 this is Mont Saint Michel, in Normandy, France. it's just a small village built on a rock, that is isolated from main land during high tide. if there was hills around it wouldn't look that big. due to the site being exceptional and protected, there's no buildings around, just beach and salty pastures that are grazed only by sheep (those pastures are more or less at sea level). the most scary thing about Mont Saint Michel is not the actual village, but the tide's speed to cover the small arm of land linking the village to the main land during low tide. people usually describe it as fast as a running horse, wich can become a deadly trap if you linger there for too long. local history has proven that fact to be true.
1:50 thats a lionsmane jellyfish The photo after it i think is from malcrow7 he draws that kind of stuff a lot and ive seen the "floating shark" before
5:40 i've seen a video simulating what it would look like if all the planets of our system were orbiting close to Earth... (or was it around Earth? can't remember.)
The first image of the second video probably isn't fake. Stormclouds sometimes form shapes like that. Besides, don't underestimate what absolute units clouds actually are
I found about it when I was 12-13 years old.. Going to the city by taxi and I saw a huge tall building having 50 floors or something. Our taxi stopped right opposite of the building bcz of the signal. And I was counting the floors and I realized how creepy it was all of a sudden and now I pretty much afraid of all huge things like statue, building, mountain, dams .
