A mesmerizing specimen of azurite with malachite pseudomorph growing on a single quartz crystal from Mecissi, Morocco. The transparent quartz crystal is partially covered by lenticular azurite forming nice rosette aggregates with a rich royal blue color. Some azurite zones are pseudomorphed by green malachite. The quartz crystal is razor sharp and well formed. It displays from all sides. In excellent condition. On acrylic base.
