After that, get the form link manually from the Publish tab and share it with your clients. They should be able to access the form immediately. Take note that when you share it through Invite By Email in the Publish tab, you are basically assigning that form through the Assign feature so the user will be asked to log in to view the form. The app can't work offline, it would require internet for the app to work because it works similarly to how you access a website. When you make changes to your app in the form builder, it will automatically reflect on the app. There's no need to redownload or update the app. You only have to close the app and open it again to see the new changes.
