I think a nice idea for an App is an Anki type of system for spaced repetition. You write down cards with questions that keep growing (for example, vocabulary when learning a language), and cards are shown more often or not depending on whether you knew the answer. It requires a 'simple' user interface, in principle no connection to external services, but the software logic and algorithm to decide when to show each card will require deeper thinking

Finding your channel and this video is JUST what I needed today. I am going to create an app that works alongside a website, so that users can log in on their phones or on their computers. The focus is to provide a very much needed central community and services for a specific hobby group made up of tens of thousands of people. There are specific needs to be met within this app that are unique to the group, but are most likely typical needs of other groups as well. Your video has provided me with the hope that I CAN do it! I have almost zero code experience and absolutely no experience creating an app. Would love some suggestions for where to learn next on this journey. Thanks!

Good demonstration on how much time is spent in preparing solution rather than jumping to the computer and start coding.
Only problem here is the time constraints. The linger you dig into problem the better solution will become but there's always a line that one should not cross for their own well being.
As software grows it can incorporate more and more features ,reduce latencies, accomodate more users and deal with complexities over time. A proof of concept can skip all the major hurdle and use 3rd aprties to solve basic needs but at some point it will choke their growth.
Over the decade, I've seen pepple making irrational decisions based on how comfortable they feel vs what's best for their future. This video can be a good lesson on how you manage resources, skillset and capabilities within timeframes to get best possible outcome that keeps everyone happy.
Ofc there'll always be better approach, but do what makes practical sense and get things done!

I am a proponent of the no-code approach. However, if we take into account every element/platform/logic that is needed to be able to develop our app/wep-app, we have to deal with the monthly expenses.
I mean: it is possible to do everything in no-code, but it requires an initial investment of money, which can sometimes be too expensive at the infrastructure level, because all the platforms that offer no-code features have a monthly cost, so our app/wep-app can get to cost a lot every month.
So, is it better to spend every month or just make the initial investment of development from scratch?

Love this! I am trying to create a very user friendly scheduling app specifically for the infant/toddler survival swim industry. I know there are currently tons of calendar apps in the market but I haven’t been able to find one that does what I need it to do and the ones that have the capability are very difficult to use and set up for the instructor. I have been in the industry for over 5 years now and I know this is a big headache for everyone and it is such a major part in getting these kids into lessons because as we know, everyone likes things to be as simple as possible especially things that should be simple like scheduling appointments. This app would be the start of my mission to keep children safe against something that is preventable like drowning and hopefully lead to more parents getting their kids into swim lessons as early as possible. I really need the help to get the word out but I am just a firefighter/paramedic and have been for over 14 years so my skills are limited in the advancements in the technology world. I have investors that believe in my vision so I’m doing everything I can to make this happen. Please reach out if this sounds easy enough to help me start. Thank you. Keep the content coming!

You can build a quiz app or a language learning app by quizzing users by fill in the blanks, true or false, selecting correct option. Also if we can integrate using chat gpt so that by prompting basic queries.

I like your videos. I was wondering if you have ever made a one page pitch deck with the essentials - then have the longer form for investors as interested? I am also in the US - west coast. You ever do any live events or ways to connect? Have a 9 team international startup that raised $100k in 5 days but need to do another round of $1m and do not have any warm leads - thanks

I have a number of ideas and looking for smart, easy ways to code and visualize it. The first one is a dynamic, interactive, visual browsing platform for ones own LinkedIn connections, which can be browsed in various ways (i.e. different filter combinations) but eventually leading to a few secondary contacts who would be worth connecting with about an actual interest of the user.
This is just the simplified element of a full blown business case, which needs a demo prototype. Can you guys help with this?
    Or anyone else?
