My favorite generation Corvette!
Catching second gear in a big block 'Vette is giant smile experience.
C2s are the Greatest Corvettes.
Truly looks bad ass going down the road.
King of the road and track
It was a requirement to have a will when you signed the paperwork at the dealership. Insane, bad ass machine - rocket sled for asphalt!
What a Car man, what a car. Great upload @Darryl6636
I had a 66 427 convertible awesome car could pass everything but a gas station......
Damn that must have been fun to drive
C2 👍🏻🇺🇸
This makes me think of actor Ted Danson’s character Sam Malone from Cheers who had a ‘67 427 Corvette coupe.
Sherman, I was born at Sherman Hospital Elgin, IL 😊
Nice L72, I gotta LT1 in my 17' Super Sport Camaro 6 speed☝😏

The suspicion of the 427's was impotent. The car was all over the road when the the engine was opened up.
My suspicion is the who car had important components to make it go!
My suspicion is that you don't know what you're talking about.
Wouldn't run 12.80 on those tires
They did. They would have run even better times with modern tires
It did, only car that could match it was three yrs. later.....The Road Runner or Super Bee with the triple carb 440.
Yes it did and also did it with the highway 3.36 gear, 12.8 @ 112 mph. Not much that could touch that on the street in 66.
So long boomers
