Can you send me the part number for the thumb switch handle on shifter? In Brasil, but returning to Wa State. I’m also a land Cruiser freak!! I had a 71 that I put in a 425 Oldsmobile and turbo 400
It is a Polaris system, and you just need to go to a Polaris dealer and look at prices & availability. They make several different versions. One is light duty system that you use a winch and manual tilt. Or this version, which is the heavy duty pro which you can purchase as a system, but I think the controller and relay kit is a separate purchase.
I have not played with the plow mode yet, I only recently got the plow control feature when I updated my ride command software ,which was way after the snow season last year.
No. but if you are, your clutches need some attention, probably your belt is still moving because your clutches are not releasing the belt completely at an idle. If the problem persists, and you keep trying to force it, you can, and will break your shift Paw , and or your gearshift lever or and your cable.
@curtistokarski2514 mostly what I see is a common problem is, too heavy of weights installed from the factory for your elevation, which will cause the primary to stay slightly engaging the belt at an idle. For instance, I had a Polaris ranger come in that had problems and was hard shifting & would even creep forward in gear, had 114 weights in the primary, I swapped them out for lighter ones # 104 s and it cured the problem. Another common problem is the secondary clutch is not shimmed properly. There are washers that you can take in an out of the outside, where the retaining bolt goes and removing or adding shims there will also help. Especially if it wasn’t shimmed properly from the factory.
The Polaris dealer told me the parts on back order mid April is expected arrival.
Thank you
Did you get your plow system yet?
@@allwegottadois not yet. This summer

Does the hydraulic lift work with Ride Command Plow Mode?

I believe that it only works with plows hooked up to the winch with a sensor on the rope!
Have you had any shifting issues with your NorthStar?

@@allwegottadois okay, thank you! I'm looking at buying a 2024 crew NorthStar and seen shifting issues.
