It seems like you made a mistake with the strumming patterns. Your graph at @2:50 shows :
↓-↑ ↓-↓ ↓-↑ ↑-↓ ↑-↓-↑-↓ but you say :" ↓-↑ ↓-↓ ↓-↑ ↑-↓ ↓-↑-↓-↑" ( look at the last four arrows in the strumming pattern). It would be nice to correct it for the new players out there :)

Manya Sharma A Makala. They're VERY smooth.
My first ukulele was a Makala MK-S soprano. It’s a really nice one. I still play it ones in a while so i would recommend anything in that direction.

It depends on what you feel comfortable with. It's not about age or size. You can find 6.3 tall 50yo men who love playing sopranos. It's up to you. I have fairly big hands, but I like playing concerts way more than tenors. Just try some in a shop and see for yourself before buying! Cheers.

I noticed the strum pattern arrows at the end are up down up down, but you are saying "down up down up"
I do the chorus A G D E like the guitar instead of A A7sus4 F#m E but anyway, it's almost the same and I like both ways :)) thanks a lot, this is probably my favorite song.
