On a cursed island plagued by a strange plague known as "le Mal-Être", a king has his alchemists develop a remedy to save his people from the disease... but the antidote turns the kingdom's inhabitants into monsters! A prophecy reveals the advent of an immortal hero who will bring peace by killing the Demon King, who is responsible for this chaos. It's up to Laure Esposito, young guardian of the Order of Truth, to find this flame-headed chosen one and save the world from destruction. Good for her, because the chosen one doesn't give a damn about finding a cure for evil-being. Bringing peace? He just wants to be left alone!

Ikr, I don't get the people tearing their hair over it, I really don't. It has the same brutality and the same humor as the game. The only minus I see is the bad jokes and they're not that bad.

I actually very like these series, I still can understand why some "hardcore" fans of the game dislike it, like lore inconsistencies, and animation level can disappoint some people, but I still like it because of it's humor and because it's DAMNED DEAD CELLS SERIES ON THE RUclips, HELLYEAHBABY

Quien sabe si seguirán esa parte del lore en realidad, considerando que partieron a la mano del rey en 5, el pueblo aun tiene gente, y el decapitado puede hablar. Hay bastantes inconsistencias, asi que no estaría super seguro de que el decapitado siga siendo el rey pero loquito
