That last scene is redrawn from one of the clips from S2EP10. It probably indicates that the MV is canon in the Anime timeline.
I didn't sleep waiting for this and I finally watched it. Totally worth it. Even though I wished for beautiful MV such as Riko's or You's, this one delivers Mari's personality so much, chaotic yet pretty. And the song really hyped me up.
