I love how they joke together behind the scenes, because the story/history is so traumatizing (until the final ending of course). What I TRULY want to ask the cast is....."Who farted on set, and it made Paris Patel live to tell about it on one of these Chosen funny You Tube stations?!" (Just kidding -- Don't shame them!)
I love everyone so much. But I struggle with even liking Tamar. The thing that I have the biggest problem with is her constantly putting herself front and center. She is constantly in our faces. If she would stop that, I think I would like her. She overshadows/up stages Mary so many times, and Mary is a main, and real person from the Bible. I love Mary as she's so humble. Her humility makes her shine.

Tamar's upbringing is different, you can't compare her to Mary or assume she’s overshadowing her. Yes, Mary is an important character in the Bible; however, she and Tamar in the show explain different perspectives and outlooks of what a follower of Jesus is. There was a whole scene that brought insight into both characters and a type of empathy for both their past and present.

Mary is shy and like you said humble. Tamar has a very outspoken personality. The characters are exactly how they were meant to be.
