Elite jerseys aren't letter sized, their number sized. Plus the sleeves are cuffed. Your Carr and Adams jerseys aren't ELITE Their the tier below

I iron my stitched jersey numbers on all my jerseys.

I wouldn't say it fits small because I am a true medium and it fits me just fine as a medium. I would say go true to size
