i am in A2 this year. i am planning to slef-prep as i took a trial class in winter holidays (it was horrible) so thanks for reiterating the idea. however, i am a little confused how would self preparation for mdcat/nums/aku from fsc books would work as an alevel student. can you please guide about that?

Hello Maham! It will seem a bit daunting initially because there will be alot of differences and even contradictions in the Fsc Books. Also A level students aren't accustomed to the level of rote learning that you will now have to do. But don't worry, right now focus on your CIEs and once you are done with them then focus on Fsc Books. Otherwise right now you will mess up your A levels and we can't afford that. By that time I will have uploaded a specific video on this and IA it will streamline things for you. Feel free to reach out on medquack322@gmail.com if you need any more guidance.
