Good morning friend, thanks for the video. That thermostat that you put on it, what is the range, at how many degrees does it close and open the contacts? Thank you
i thunk you can help me. my Primo bottom loaaded with 3 temp for water was cleaned. then the cold water is freezing and then will not flow.turn the cold switch off several hours and the flow is back but the water is not. old. Ive bbeen runnung the unit a few hours then turning thr cold water switch off. room temp is the colde water. when we cleaned the unit there was a piece of tubing that i could not figure where it attached. it is in place off the water reservior but connected to nothing. Primo help did not get an answer that worked. I don’y want to replace the unit just because the colding / refriferator does not stop chilling. the motor or some device runs continuasly. i just field my can tell me what to do to solve 1. a disconnected tubing and 2. a failure to stop running the chiller for run 24/7 if the switch for cold is on. how can i get some feedback from you? could you post here in the comments?

It would have been helpful to know the malfunction.
Did the pot freeze solid?
Did it fail to cool?
