Thanks.good different kind of cebuchinese style.but yours similar to fujian Pampanga style of humba mix and cook at once with palm sugar or strps of sugar cane at the buttom no sauteing in a clay pot.i forgot fermented tofu also.im confused your description differs from the actual feature in the video. Anyway i fixed it myself since im knowledgeable enough hehe😅. your yours unique no black beans,concentrated sauce, anyway a new style of humba adobo fusion.
@@titosarmiento8333 Thank’s for your nice comment my friend actually that’s the old cebuano way of cooking pork and preserving it since there is no refrigerator back then, the one in the description are just downloaded from the net so you have the options. Humba de Ronda( humot na Baboy) is the one with black beans and dried banana flower ( aromatics)and was actually been with cebuano cooking since the medieval times where they use visayan warthog which has a gamey smell and taste, they learn humba from fisherman who came all the way to hainan china and take refuge at Ronda cebu.
