Mr. Color GX114 super smooth clear flat. Its lacquer based.

What shade of blue did you use?

I used Mr.color UG20 MS blue. If this is too bright for you you can add drops of white or buff.🙂

What do you use for removing seamline?

I used tamiya glue to melt the plastic and sanding it after dry.
