Koscielny isn't just a world class defender. He also shows real class. I'm talking about the incident with Costa. He took the smack like it was nothing and just let Costa whine.

Koscielny is that guy who does the hard and invisible work and not getting as much respect as guys who scores like Özil, Sanchez etc.. Don't get me wrong, I like those guys a lot but my point is that Koscielny is the Invisible Warrior of Arsenal. I hope that he or Jack is the next captain.
And then there is players like Coquelin who gets a lot of (deserved) respect because he came literally "outta nowhere". Koscielny has definitely go forward these years but always kept his form so it's not a surprise to anyone when he plays a good game.

I honestly think there isnt a better defender in football. the way he plays out of the back at times is mesmerizing. The only fault i can blame him for is lack of leadership and he isnt vocal enough. Maybe that works too but would love for him to organise the defense and shout at people rather than Per who gets destroyed on a weekly basis.
