Allowing a murderer to go on to prey on someone else would make you complicit in their next murders. Also, it is illegal for an attorney to keep such information secret. About a client, yes. But the stepmother was never his client and wasn’t protected by attorney/client privilege. Complete breach of ethics. He couldn’t say anything without proof, but they had proof.

Rebecca can _consider_ herself whatever she wants. Doesn’t make it true.

If she didn’t check who really owned the house, that’s either irresponsibility or an intentional act of property theft! The rightful heir has every reason to take legal action. The real question is: did she truly not know, or did she choose to ignore it?"
"Selling a house without verifying ownership? Did the buyer not require legal documents either? Is this carelessness or a well-calculated scheme?"
"Are you sure this was just a mistake, or was it a deliberate fraud? If you inherited the house, you should consider taking legal action immediately!

So the stepmother was slowly poisoning him. He continued to allow her to till he died. Then with proof of what she did she was allowed to move to another state and prey on another innocent man. Okay so daughter is now complicit in a felony and conspiracy to commit. And so is the lawyer. WOW most realistic story ever!!!!!

Don't these people need to show a clear title before a house sale goes through?
