Every time I watch your video makes me want to run to the store to buy groceries and make this dish NOW! it looks so scrumptious. And Happy Birthday 🎁🎈🎉 you knife set is so cute.
I had Thai fried rice when I was in Thailand and it was delicious! You're right, they do give a lot of rice, so the dish was very filling. Thanks for sharing your recipe, I'll have to make this! :D
Siri, I was surprised by the addition of the tomato but that's okay. What a wonderful combination of flavors! That's what we like..."Many Flavors"! Thanks!
Hi. Sorry for the delay in making new videos. Been busy at work with a recent promotion, but I will start making new recipe videos again very soon. I am planning on going back at the end of the year, maybe October or November. I am going to try to organize a personal and private tour for about 10-15 subscribers that would want to join us in Thailand. Let me know if this is something that interests you.
This is a great recipe, Siri. I never use sugar and tomatoes but that got me thinking that many Asian countries do a version of fried rice using ketchup. Taiwan, Korea and Japan for sure. It's not as popular as regular fried rice but I've had it several times when I was younger. Not at restaurants; only prepared by my friends' mothers. Quite tasty.
+Spoon Fork Heart Ah. Very cool. Did not know that. I always thought it was another one of those Japanese / US military influenced recipes. Interesting that it's all throughout Asia. 😀
Beautifully plated, now I a m hungry! Great job Siri
Thanks so much Chef :-)
