Milky Cloudy Foggy Diamond Example

This video shows a good example of a milky, cloudy or foggy diamond. Note the lack of intense sparkle owing to microscopic scattered particles through the diamond. The diamond lacks noticeable inclusions, but instead, particles are dispersed evenly resulting in a lack of brilliance. The even dispersion does give a clean look to the diamond, but the stone has a slightly hazy appearance compared to very high clarity diamonds. Many thanks for commenting ;-)

I love the milkiness. I have a 2 carat with some pink in it. It looks opalescent!!
