Hi Qasim, DLP Crawler sizing recommendations are difficult to make without understanding the specifics of your environment i.e. quantity of data, types of data, etc. I would recommend contacting your Account Manager to get personalized time with a Forcepoint Sales Engineer or get assistance from Forcepoint Professional Services.
can you please also make video on DLP databases, incident database, rule of thumb, forensics and fingerprinting db. Sizing details and best practices if there are 1000 incidents generated on each day.

I did find this article that might be somewhat helpful: support.forcepoint.com/KBArticle?id=000013277. I would however recommend getting more personalized assistance from your Account Manager and their corresponding Sales Engineer.

If you look at this link: www.websense.com/content/support/library/data/v87/help/Fingerprinting%20file%20dir.aspx, then click on the SharePoint Fingerprinting Wizard - General, you can page through each step of the process for adding a SharePoint Online drive to be fingerprinted. I will work on creating another video that goes through that process.
