Hello, I configured your instructions to encrypt files when copying to removable devices, but the files are not encrypted and the report shows PERMITTED instead of ENCRIPTED.
    Could you help me?

at your policy rule, severity & action tab, edit action plan, change Removable Media from Permit to Encrypt with . . .

This is already configured, the key is generated. But when checking, all the same the files are not encrypted. Perhaps this is a software bug. There was a problem with support, and there is not enough free information

How do I clear logs from Forcepoint DLP Endpoint?

The primary way to remove logs would be to go through the incidents and delete them. When you click on the incident, or list of incidents, then you can click the Remediate > Release option at the top.
