This is very dangerously done. Young child should be nowhere near you for a start. Power tools should not be used on spring compressors! Actually spring compressors can easily slip and you should not have any part of your body in line them. As a few people have noticed you haven't even got all the strut... The top cup is missing. You will injure yourself sooner or later as you are not working safely. Oh, and ffs get some axle stands!

How do you remove the wiper arms? I've tried and they are really stiff if not stuck in place, given a few treatments of WD-40 to try and free them up while waiting on further tools to get shock absorbers changed but having no luck removing them. Do they need much in the way of forcing off?

agree, apart from the power tool. If done one turn at a time per side, then whats the difference whether it's done with hand tool or a power tool?

What size is the holding bolt at top of the sill? Got rest of tools but not a big enough racket bit for top nut.
21 mm socket for top bolt 19 mm deep socket for strut mount
