Instead of nationalising those most of those were allowed to still run by TATA by Nehru due to their close connection . Same goes for Birla with Nehru , Dhirubhai with Indira , Adani with Modi and to lesser extent Ravi Pillai with Pinarayi . Only exception may be Infosys and primary reason is our Beauracrats are big zero in technology.
