That TV show is a pure classic. It's been copied, but NEVER surpassed. One of the great things about that show is that the various witches and warlocks did not represent the powers of evil. They represented the powers of wealth, power, high society, and aristocracy. (Well, if you're a Marxist, that's the same as evil I suppose!!!!) Witches and warlocks didn't worry about jobs, money, health insurance, etc. They didn't have to. They lived in a world where they could quickly materialize anything they needed. How wonderful! I wish we lived in a world like that! Yay! Let's keep hoping. Maybe someday it will be real.
HA, we had that instamatic camera when I was a kid....complete with the flash cube. Awesome to see this ad with Liz and Agnes...but yeah, it's different without the sound effects
Both actresses also did a car commercial together with the actors from Gunsmoke. Such classy actresses. Bewitched shall always be my favourite US show from the 1960s and early 1970s. It can never be redone with the care and professionalism of that time.
As I recall, it wasn't that unusual to see stars performing in commercials in the characters of their hit TV show. That's when those commercials would play.
Coffee Mate- Agnes.. "Try it in a cup.. you'll never give it up." She could sell me on anything, except coffee.. I can't stand the smell of the stuff. 💜
