Really appreciate Grants candid discussion about the role the sport is played in his mental health. I'm new to the sport myself and a PTSD survivor too. Cheers.
Before i found gel blasting, I was such a low life depressed person with no hobby to look forward to. Literally one of the bests sports to come to Australia! :) Love what you guys do 👍🏻
Airsoft sport unites everyone. Reminds me when i was in Japan, playing it once a month. Whether you are japanese or foreigner, young or old, everybody just having fun and interacting each other.
Yeah right mate. Gel blasters are considered air guns in NSW, which are the same category as airsoft guns, which as we know are firearms in NSW. NSW isn't going to change a fucking thing.
@@snipperall7420 Nothing is forever, if it's Airsoft or Gel ball, enough people campaign on behalf of TOY gun sports in Australia it will eventually change. Mmmmm, I seem to notice people with DIFFERENT agendas replying.
Wonderful video guys! All the best for Australian gellsoft and your comunity! I hope the near future brings you the option for taking part with the rest of us, the rest of the world, in Airsoft also!!! :)
I miss playing airsoft but its not legal in australia , looking for alternatives and found this video , now buying gears and hopefully i can join some games :)
I'm not from Australia but it is a bummer you guys don't get to play airsoft there now what I want to talk about is the future of gel ball guns and that is Fullmetal gel ball guns, would they allow that. What would you guys do there if the makers start making full metals would you get to buy that ?
Where can I buy one of those brown tops with the camo sleeves? I've found something similar on lightinthebox.com - I was wondering if there were alternate places to go. Thanks in advance.
Super disappointing that Victoria and Nsw doesn’t follow with the sa and Queensland rules for gel soft I would love to get out on my field with my collection! How can we get this to change :(
Hi l've got a m4a1 gen 9 I'm a complete novice ive just upgraded my spring to a 1.28 unequal spring and green o-ring but it was firing for a bit but now it sounds like the spring cant kick over... Just wondering if that might be a battery issue or is it a motor issue it still has stock motor battery gets hot when try to fire the gun but wont work I've opened it back up and everything looks fine any suggestions would be much appreciated
You should have stick with the stock and upgrade the external parts like inner and outer barrel and handguard and butt stock and a 11.1v battery. Touching the internal gears are very risky
hello just wondering were are the games held in Queensland im interested in plaing some games it looks like great fun i have all the gear already just trying to find a place to use it and have a great time
Best way to find games is to join facebook groups, I started a group a while a go to collectively bring all events together, but there's more and more popping up each weekend.
All the governments should see this and understand this video...Gel Blaster is a beautiful crafted toy, a stress reliever, a pack a full of fun and most interestingly it can be used by anyone of all ages without any risks. I don't know why these moron governments are banning it all over the world
I am religious. No intoxication, meat eating, illicit sex, or gambling. I had problems with “weed” then after playing for a while (like 3 months of airsoft) I realized I need to sober up and get even more healthy to play even at a higher level. Thank you airsoft! You are a friend indeed. Victory to good health!! Cheers.
Media needs to see clips like this to show responsible gel balling is a good thing.

Before I found airsoft all I did was smoke weed,
Now I smoke weed all the way to the airsoft field
Mission complete
It’s gel blasting not air soft, air soft have plastic balls, gel blaster shave gel balls
@@idjbehe2063 my point about smoking reefa still stands
Need to get it happening in NSW!

@@anthonyfranken1306 I hear that there is still a fairly big 'underground' community for gelsoft in NSW. Might just have to ask around.

How do I join a skirmish ? I really want to get into this sports as Airsoft is illegal in Australia.
Just join a gelball group or rock up to a field during game day.
Thanks for sharing Grant👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼🇦🇺 You’re an inspiration mate. Thanks for being there stay safe and healthy🙏🏼🙏🏼🇦🇺🇦🇺🇦🇺
Went today was epic
Fantastic promo guys, great to see some familiar fans of the sport there in the vid
I hope I can hit as many fields as I can and give them all vids
awesome, more the merrier...good stuff guys and gals, good to see some females involved!
I would love to start a female team, they're really strong at pushing objectives in my experience.
Nice video and good to hear the organizer is battling his demons in a healthy way... surprised that scrub turkey didnt get hit at the end though :)
The Turkey has become the field mascot and most players are strongly against shooting at friendly life forms ;)
You are one of the reasons some are against this sort of thing , shooting random shit you moron
runn sheep runn shut up
1:58 where can I purchase the same one?

We do have fill metals already and yes they kind of sell BUT most people don't want spend that kind of money
@@MentalCollision101 i sure hope the Full Metal community there grows
Nylon is allrady good..
Full metal do sell and there is already one company starting to bring them in as most are plastic or nylon.
nice, whats the spec’s on that m4?
I believe it was stock with an O ring and 1.2 spring
Finally a sport I can be into
Shame I live in Melbourne
MMANOVICEMW who cares get one anyway lol
There's a lot of groups around Aus trying to get them to be okay all around aus, it's just a shame it takes so long
I have multiple and there’s a group on Facebook that hosts games
Harry Bott no issues with buying online? Heard too many horror stories
MMANOVICEMW no I bought mine from tac edge hobbies and had no troubles
Custom stock?
Can’t believe these are illegal in Victoria 🤦♂️
and new south
And in my China and Middle East as well 😭
Depending on how close you are and depending on if your blaster is stock or upgraded it will hurt a bit
I am interested in this but is there anyway more play area
Yes there's plenty of fields around QlD it's a fast growing sport. Just join a few FB groups and you'll find a field in no time
Where can I buy one of those brown tops with the camo sleeves? I've found something similar on lightinthebox.com - I was wondering if there were alternate places to go. Thanks in advance.
love donnybrook gel ballers bought my mp7 off them its still going strong
Donnybrook is like 30-50 mins from Brisbane depending where abouts you are from Brisbane e.g. south west north east
I'm all the way in the logan area
my friend shot himself in the foot with a paintball
Can you share the price informations of that playing guns and ammos?
its about 20 dollars for the whole day if you BYO, blaster and gel rental is about 50 bucks for the whole day.
Why gel blasters and not paintball?
I have a m92 gel blaster

This might come the most popular sports in Australia
As long as we all follow the rules, shop and field owers all would love to see that happen

Ok thanks do u have any Recommendations who to join
The 300 FPS limit stops me going there
Damn. I just bought this one. Im out of date as fudge
Keep the likes on the same amount
Put this in nz
Suppose it’s better than hand reloading ammo all night
automatic rifle and 2 glocks, with mags strapped to my body is how I'd roll
one day just maybe it'll be legal in nsw

one thing I have noted is people attracted to extreme sports like this, when not playing do turn to the drink or other drugs
